  • i’d love to, if i’ve got availability and we’re the right fit! i offer a behavioral based, existential/nihilistic, solution focused approach - i’ll work with you if you agree to put in the work outside of our sessions. we're in this together.

i am available during your scheduled appointment time only. i do not provide intensive outpatient (IOP) or higher level care, including ED 1.5+ LOC, crisis intervention or after-hours assistance.

i specialize in teens in high school and older - the youngest i treat is a graduated 8th grader the summer before their freshman year.

  • not at this time. initial intakes are able to take place online; however, due to the sensitive nature of group dynamics combined with inevitable technical difficulties, in person groups benefit group members most (especially post-covid).

  • i do not.

i can provide a monthly superbill, at your request, for you to submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. i’ve heard the app “reimbursify” is an easy way to do this.

  • i’m a human, winging it like everyone else. my favorite food is french fries. i like reading speculative fiction novels - currently the saint of bright doors by vajra chandrasekera. running in forest park resets my soul. my community means everything to me. i love camping, being outside, getting dirty, but also love fashion and style - anything aesthetically pleasing, sign me up.

i started making my own chai like the hippy my mom always figured i’d become. to some, i have quite the knack for sarcasm coupled with a deep affinity for humanity. i recently started painting and playing guitar the last few years (like many in quarantine). i’m a fairly open book and enjoy the human experience most of the time.
