how do groups at deep space work?

groups meet weekly for 90 minutes and are process/psycho-educational groups. this means that each week members will be taught new information, provided space to process the information with their peers and are expected to come prepared to share their experiences from the previous week.

despite the inevitable initial discomfort, pushing yourself to attend group each week is proven to give you the support, insight and growth you’ve been seeking.

what ages are admitted?

teens in high school (no middle schoolers) and adults (post high school and beyond). adults and teens are in separate groups. young adult group is 18 (out of high school) to 24.
